So you know your kids should eat organic foods but how do you make the switch from processed foods to organic healthy foods?  This is a major problem for parents who want thier kids to learn to eat healthy but are bombarded with commercials of junk food.  There are some easy ways to help ease this transition that will be discussed below.

A first way is to not let them know they are eating organic foods.  Explain to them that the food is healthy but just leave out the part that it is organic.  We all know how kids are and if you come right out and tell them they will probably throw a big fit as this is something new they have never heard of.  This is a great way to get younger kids, toddlers and preschoolers, to make the switch to organic.

Another way is to just make the switch gradually.  Slowly start to introduce your kids to organic foods and then over time they will never know that they are eating organic foods.  A great start is to make their snacks an organic snack.  There are many organic fruit bars and cookies that can be a start.

If you are still having trouble then you can reward them for eating most or all of their organic meal.  Of course bride will be an organic cookie or other organic snack so they will feel as though they are getting a good deal.

Another major problem is that many kids to not like the taste of organic foods.  A great way to overcome this obstacle is to have some good organic recipes  that they will enjoy eating.  This way they will not care they are eating organic foods as they will enjoy the taste of what they are eating.

While everyone needs to make a switch to organic foods, children do pose a special problem.  Through the methods above one can make the transition to thier kids eating organic healthy foods with little problems.  These methods are great for younger kids as they can be especially fussy over what they eat.
